Hello SC!

I recently went on vacation to Edisto Beach, South Carolina for a week with the Greece Girls. It was so much fun. Definitely got a lot of R&R which was nice. The beach wasn't crowded at all, and the water was warm - some days it wasn't even refreshing. Oddly though, but thankfully, there weren't any jelly fish! It truly was a relaxing vacation. We went to the beach every day, cooked dinner at night, and played games... repeat. One night, my best friend Allison came over, then the following day, I drove to Hilton Head Island to visit her. It was so great to be reunited with her. We had so much fun just catching up, laughing, and of course going out dancing. Our time spent together was so valuable, but passed too quickly. We started the night out by going to our favorite spot, San Miguel's. We went with Jeff, enjoyed some quality Mexican food, and some awesome live music. We had a few margaritas here and there, but after a few we decided to go to Frosty Frogs - another one of our favorites. There we had some frozen drinks -- tasted like slurpee's - it was amazing. We started to get a little rowdy, and wanted to go dancing. We headed out to the Triangle, but mainly stayed at One Hot Mama's - classy, right?? We met Allison's friend Jarius at the Triangle, who was all dressed up for the dance floor. He is an amazing dancer too. Allison and I totally ruined his style, but had a great time nonetheless. The next day, Allison's brother and sister-in-law, brought their kids -- the twins! -- to come hang out with us in the morning. They are so adorable, and getting so big! We played peek-a-book with them. They just laughed and thought it was hysterical!! I'm so glad I got to spend some time with them :)

The following day, the Greece Girls went out in Charleston for dinner. We went to Amen Street - this amazing restaurant right in the heart of Charleston! I had shrimp and grits... you know you're Southern when... We walked through the open market, saw the horse and buggies, and went and looked at the beautiful, historic homes. It was a great way to end the vacation!
