Every year the JMU gang heads down to Myrtle Beach for a week.  I usually never go because I only get 10 days of vacation a year.  I decided to go this year to see what the hype was all about.  This is what it's all about folks:  Painters.

Painter's  is homemade ice cream and was voted best in the U.S.  Now I'm not entirely sure who all voted or exactly what year is was voted "best", but I would definitely have voted for it!!  Our big group would hit up Painters every night after dinner.  And it. was. delish.

My brother Rick took a photo of all of us which I will be posting soon once I figure out how to retrieve it from Facebook...  If you're ever in North Myrtle, you gotta visit Painters!!  

It was so nice to get away from work for the week and just relax.  I read four books and slept a lot.  Now that's a vacation.
